If you booked directly with us, our cancellation policy is below. (This includes date ammendments)
If you booked using a third party website, please check their website for their cancellation policy.
Full refund if cancelled more than 10 days prior to the booking
50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the booking
25% refund if cancelled more than 3 days prior to the booking
No refund for cancellations within 3 days of the booking
COVID-19: If the pub is forced to lockdown, all bookings during lockdown will be refunded in full.
(If you are eligible, please contact the pub on team@thebrisleybell.co.uk to request your refund. Please ensure you quote your room booking number).
Check-in is 3pm – 9pm. / Check-out by 7.30 -10.30am.
Unfortunately, we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check out’s. However, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in our secure lock up, which we will place in your room ready for your arrival.
While we try our very best to check you in as soon as possible, please note that there may be a delay in taking you to your room during busy lunch and dinner services.
Whilst charges for minor accidental breakages are applied at our discretion, we will charge the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement or making good of any damage, this includes bed linen and towels.
This includes lost bookings due to damage or breakages.
